Pricing that follows your tenant, not your headcount
Ownership Registry is licensed per deployment and quoted on scope. There is no per-user fee, so the price does not grow when you hire, and there is no suite licence for modules you will never switch on.
What the price depends on
A quote is built from three things, all of which we can read from a 30-minute demo against your own tenant:
- How many objects are in scope. Shared mailboxes, Microsoft 365 groups, Teams, SharePoint sites, security groups and service principals, plus any custom object types you register by hand.
- How many tenants. One registry per tenant is the normal case; groups with several tenants are quoted together.
- Who runs it. You on your own infrastructure, or IDE Solutions as a managed service.

Pricing questions
Why is the licence price not listed?
Because it depends on how many objects your tenant holds and who operates the registry, and a tenant with 150 objects and one with 5,000 should not pay the same. The demo gives us the object count, so the quote is exact rather than an estimate.
Is there per-user licensing?
No. Owners who answer attestation emails need no licence and no login. Only administrators sign in, and they are not counted either.
What does the infrastructure cost?
On a Docker host you already run, only the compute and a PostgreSQL database. On Azure Container Apps with Azure Database for PostgreSQL, a typical single-tenant deployment runs at €15–25 per month.
What do we need to provide for the demo?
A Microsoft 365 admin who can grant admin consent to a read-only app registration. The demo takes 30 minutes and changes nothing in your tenant.
