Can you migrate our servers to Azure without downtime?

Close enough that your team should not notice: every migration starts with an assessment and dependency mapping, workloads are tested before cutover, and the switch itself is scheduled outside business hours. Zero data loss and minimal downtime is the standard we plan against, for lift-and-shift moves as much as re-platforming to Azure PaaS services.

What does managed Azure infrastructure cost?

Two separate figures: your Azure consumption, billed by Microsoft at its published rates, and our fixed monthly management fee, scoped on the VMs, databases and workloads we operate for you. Both are put in writing after we have seen your environment — and because a cost review is part of onboarding, many clients start by paying Microsoft less than before.

Is our data hosted in the EU?

Yes, whenever you want it to be. Azure lets us pin every workload to EU regions, and for businesses in Germany, Austria and Switzerland that is our default recommendation. Data residency and GDPR-compliant configuration are decided in the architecture design, not patched in afterwards.
